CosyColours Furniture Wax Clear

We have also put all our experience into the development of our colourless furniture wax. It is made from bee and carnauba wax according to an old recipe. The completely colourless wax is particularly suitable if you have painted a wooden surface with chalk emulsion or matt varnish, for example CosyColours chalk varnish. By applying this wax over it, you close the open pores of your paint application and create a smooth surface with a matt look. The wax application makes it hard-wearing and easy to clean. ButCosyColours Furniture Wax also gives untreated natural wood a stable surface. The wax "fires" the colour of the wood a little. To Wax-Polish Transparent not only makes your natural wood more beautiful, it also makes it much more hard-wearing. And if you often damp-clean a waxed table, for example, you can always re-wax it to protect it. To Wax-Polish is also suitable for sealing stone and cork.

How to use CosyColours Furniture Wax Clear

Firstly, clean the surface thoroughly. Natural wood may need to be lightly sanded. To apply the colourless wax, we recommend using the MissPompadour wax brush. This thick, round brush sits comfortably in the hand. And its strong natural bristles can absorb and release enough wax. The easiest way to do this is to warm the Wax very slightly. You will then notice how well this brush works the wax deep into the pores of the surface. Allow a first, thin layer of wax to dry before applying a second layer. Finally, polish the surface with a soft cloth.

The environmental compatibility of CosyColours furniture wax

Our transparent wax contains the lowest possible amount of preservatives and solvents. However, a small amount is necessary to ensure sustainable storage. The wax should therefore be kept out of the reach of children.
