On workdays, 80% of orders placed by 1 p.m. are dispatched on the same day. DHL delivers over 90% of our parcels on the following working day.

Our parcels are often very heavy and need to be well packaged. With our many years of experience, we pack your products carefully with paper in cardboard boxes so that the paints and wallpapers arrive safely at your home.
Sometimes things don't go according to plan, and you may have ordered too much, for example, and want to return unopened cans. No problem - our customer service team will be happy to help you.

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
Deliveries within Germany and Austria:
We charge a flat-rateshipping fee of €4.90 for Germany and Austria . Our colour cards are free of shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad:
Goods shipped internationally to other countries may be subject to customs duty and VAT on import. In postal traffic, the customer is deemed to be the importer and is obliged to pay the amounts due (customs duty, goods value surcharge, VAT).
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery of the goods in Germany usually takes place within 1 - 2 working days after dispatch, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Sometimes it happens that the colour is more productive than expected. If you have unopened tins that you want to return to us, simply contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer service team will need the order number/order ID and will discuss the next steps with you. Please note that you will be responsible for the return costs yourself, as we try to minimise returns for reasons of sustainability.
However, your parcel may also be returned to us in other cases. DHL sends parcels back if, among other things:
In these cases, we will send you an email and the purchase price will be refunded. If you still wish to receive the goods, please place a new order.
Returns are processed promptly, but in rare cases it can take up to 3 weeks. After that, the credit note will normally arrive in your account within a week.
