MissPompadour - The Stencil
4 min reading time
This is how it works
1. The stencil has arrived
We recommend that you first make a cup of coffee or a nice cup of tea and start working in a relaxed way. You probably already have an idea of where you want the pattern to go. When working on the wall, it is very important to get a true horizontal line. It's best to work with a long spirit level and draw two light pencil lines to which you can apply the stencil.
2. Dab or roll
Pour a little (!) paint into a plate and push the stencils brush vertically into it. Tip: You can also use the blunt end of a foam roller if you don't have a special stencil brush at hand. In any case, the brush should not contain too much paint. Use the same vertical strokes to apply the paint to the stencil. Make sure that the stencil is flush with the wall. Then pull the stencil vertically forwards off the wall so that the paint does not smudge.
3. And ready..
That's all! MissPompadour wishes you much success!
Paint now with MissPompadour - The stencil
We know that many of you have been waiting impatiently for this. But now the wait is over: Our own stencil, the MissPompadour Stencil is here!
After carefully sifting through the range of stencils on the market, we decided it was best to make the perfect stencil ourselves.
And that's why MissPompadour - stencil is now available.
First of all, you can certainly expect safe and practical handling. Our stencils are made of sturdy but flexible plastic. And - very important - this plastic is completely transparent. This gives you perfect control over the colour at all times during the printing process. Of course, the MissPompadour - Die stencil can be easily cleaned under running water. So you have the possibility to work with different colours and of course to use the print template again and again later. Just remember to clean the stencil before the paint has dried. Because as you know, once chalk paint is dry, it sticks - and it sticks like a bomb.
Our designer has been inspired all over the world. Be it from the border on a frieze in a small French chateau or a tile pattern in a bar in Lisbon. The patterns turned out to be as different as the inspirations. Our designer had the idea for our Sidney design when he saw a picture of the grandiose Sidney Opera House in a magazine. And when he read the fairy tale The Nightingale by Christian Andersen to his little daughter, he suddenly thought of the enchanting little bird of stencil Peking. You see, the names of our stencils are not chosen at random, but always tell something about the spirit of the pattern. And now you can bring this spirit into your home.
You won't expect MissPompadour - Die stencil to come to you in a nice, high-quality package. By the way: These are only the first 12 motifs - we are currently working on the sequel..
Now let your imagination and creativity run wild!
