How to get your PompCoins

📦 Order in the shop

How to redeem your PompCoins

Exchange your PompCoins for a voucher. To do this, use the "Create new voucher" button in the MissPompadour app under "My profile" -> "PompCoins". Here you can choose how many of your PompCoins you would like to convert into a voucher.

- For 100 PompCoins you will receive a voucher worth 1 euro.

- The minimum value that can be redeemed is 100 PompCoins.

- You can currently only createvouchers with whole euro amounts. Cents are not possible.

- You can redeem your created vouchers in the shopping basket with your next order. The vouchers can be combined with other voucher codes.

Conditions of participation & privacy

1. You can sign in and out of the bonus programme at any time. The prerequisite for this is that you have created a MissPompadour account for yourself. When you unsubscribe from the bonus programme, all points (PompCoins) expire without replacement. We can cancel the bonus programme with a notice period of 1 month; in this case, points must be used during this period, otherwise they will expire.

2. You can receive points in our bonus programme for certain interactions with our app, website and community, provided you are logged in with your MissPompadour account at the time and we can assign the interaction to your account. You can find out which points we award for which interaction in the section above under " How to receive your PompCoins".

3. If an interaction is cancelled (e.g. return policy, non-payment), the points awarded for this interaction will be deleted. For our security, points can only be redeemed one month after they have been earned.

3. Points are valid for 24 months from the time of the interaction. They can be exchanged for individual voucher codes in our app and on our website in your account. For 100 points you receive a voucher worth 1 euro. You can view the current status of your points account in your MissPompadour account.

4. The vouchers created in the bonus programme can be combined with other discounts and voucher campaigns in the shop, as long as the other discount or campaign voucher can also be combined.

5. There is no claim that the voucher codes can be used for our entire product range.

6. Points and voucher codes are not transferable.

7. In the event of misuse, we reserve the right to deactivate and invalidate your vouchers and points. We will ask you to comment on the allegation beforehand and will take your comments into account in our decision.

8. The contract language for the bonus programme is German. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the bonus programme if you have your habitual residence in Germany. If you are a consumer and do not have your habitual residence in the Federal Republic of Germany, German law also applies, whereby mandatory provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Otherwise, the applicable law shall be governed by the statutory provisions.

9. If you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or another EU member state, if you are a merchant or if you have moved your permanent residence abroad after these terms of use come into effect or if your place of residence or habitual abode is not known at the time the action is brought, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with the bonus programme shall be our registered office.

Data protection information on participation in the bonus programme

If you register for and use our bonus programme, we process the data you provide and the interactions you have with our website or app in order to set up and manage your bonus programme account, to credit or redeem points and to enable you to use the services we offer in connection with the bonus programme. In the bonus programme account, in addition to the data you provided when setting up the account, other data is processed in connection with the use of the account, such as which interactions for which points are awarded have been made, when points were redeemed and when points expire. The legal basis for the corresponding processing of your data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. This data associated with the bonus programme account is stored until the customer account is deleted. If we are legally obliged to store the data for a longer period (e.g. to fulfil accounting obligations or legally required evidence) or if we are legally entitled to store the data for a longer period (e.g. due to an ongoing legal dispute against the holder of a bonus programme account), the data will be deleted after the storage obligation or entitlement has expired.
