Tips & tricks for painting outdoors

Always remove the adhesive tape while the varnish is still wet.
You can repair holes and imperfections beforehand with our filler .
On smooth surfaces made of plastic or metal, for example, use our To Bond & Block primer to ensure a smooth, paintable surface and perfect adhesion.
For light colour shades on real wood, pre-paint with our To Bond & Block primer to avoid stains in the new coat.
Rusty areas must be sanded down and primed with a rust protection primer.

Painting outdoors: How-to

Painting outdoors is easy: Clean your workpiece thoroughly and wipe with a damp cloth.
Mount or tape off anything that is not to be painted.
Stir the varnish well and pour it into a paint tray.
Paint the colour quickly and evenly. Prepare corners and edges with a brush. Paint surfaces with a roller.
After 4 - 6 hours drying time, apply the 2nd coat.
