Discover pink wood varnish at MissPompadour
MissPompadour offers pink varnish in all collections. The Eggshell Varnish and Matt Varnish from our Just paint Collection include, for example, the very light White with Powder and the soft, friendly Rose with Warmth. If you love intense but not cheesy pink, you'll love Pink with Peony. All these and more colour shades are not only available as pink furniture paint, but also as pink wall paints. This makes interesting tone-on-tone solutions possible.
The CosyColours chalk varnish collection also includes beautiful shades of pink: the romantic, delicate Cuddly Rose, the light, warm Harmony Rose and the cooler Tender Rose with its distinctive grey tones.
And last but not least, in the LittlePomp children's collection you will find two great pink shades that will not only inspire children's rooms: the intense, strong Rose & Unique and the light, soft Rose & Fearless. These two pink wood paints are also available as wall paints.
It's best to order colour samples. That way, you can compare the individual shades of pink in any light in your home. By the way, when you order the paint, add the painting tools such as brushes, paint tray, paint roller etc. to your shopping basket. This saves you additional costs for shipping and the trip to the Diy store.
The right quality: using pink wood paint outdoors
Our robust pink paint quality Eggshell Varnish is the right choice for outdoor use. This wood paint is weatherproof and extremely hard-wearing. Painting with Eggshell Varnish creates silky matt surfaces that are extremely easy to maintain. Paint garden sheds, fences or children's play equipment with a beautiful pink wood varnish such as the fresh, spring-like Rose with Peach Blossom. Or give your garden furniture a new, vibrant coat of colour with the wood paint Pink with Grey.
The only thing Eggshell Varnish does not tolerate is standing water. It is therefore not suitable for surfaces such as floor tiles where water often collects. chalk varnishes are generally somewhat more sensitive. For this reason, our CosyColours and LittlePomp chalk varnishes should only be used indoors. The matt MissPompadour varnish variant Matt Varnish should also only be used indoors.
From semi-gloss to chalky matt: pink wood colour for interiors
Indoors, you can choose between all MissPompadour lacquer variants. If you want a robust and resistant coat of paint, for example on steps or doors, then our Eggshell Varnish quality is the right choice. A coat of this semi-gloss varnish is also recommended for kitchen furniture or bathroom furniture. You should also treat such heavily used surfaces with a topcoat after painting. MissPompadour To Seal strengthens the varnish and makes it even more impact- and scratch-resistant.
You can achieve an extremely elegant and sophisticated look with the completely matt paint variant MissPompadour Matt Varnish. Both varnishes are available in the more than 90 colour shades of our Just paint Collection, including interesting pink variants.
However, you can also work well with chalk varnish inside a house. Pink wood colour in chalk paint quality impresses with velvety, soft surfaces just like in the old days. Paint furniture such as cabinets and chests of drawers in the soft pink colours of the CosyColours Collection. If you paint wood with these colours, you will achieve a perfect vintage flair.
A coat of LittlePomp chalk paint can transform children's play equipment in the nursery, a changing table or a cot, which, like thousands of others, comes from a well-known Swedish manufacturer, into an individual piece of furniture. Incidentally, furniture does not have to consist exclusively of wooden components. Plastic surfaces can also be embellished by applying pink wood colour. Incidentally, like all MissPompadour products, LittlePomp paint is completely harmless to health, meaning that even pregnant women can use the pink wood paint.
Areas of application for pink wood varnish
If the shade of pink is right, pink wood paint can be used anywhere. The wood or plastic surfaces of kitchen furniture can look completely different and interesting with a new colour in a rich rosewood shade. Your garden furniture, swing or other outdoor play equipment can be given a completely new look with pink wood paint. And why not place a chest of drawers or a cupboard in front of a wallpaper in the same pink colour as your furniture - a great effect. But a front door in pink wood colours and even a garage door in our dark, rich Rose with Brown will also look convincingly good.
Pink wood colour for a colourful garden world
It doesn't always have to be brown or grey wood paint. Why not give your garden a playful touch and embellish it with pink wood paint in a variety of colours. A garden shed, sandpit or other play equipment can bring a fresh new look to your garden with a coat of pink wood paint. And of course, outdoor furniture in pink colours also looks really inviting.
Paint wood pink for a grand entrance
If you like colours and have an eclectic furnishing style, you can also embellish larger elements in your home with pink paint. Why not paint the surfaces of the treads of a staircase and the doors in the stairwell pink with wood colour? For example, use Rose with Cherry Blossom and add a great wallpaper to this paint. You're sure to impress your guests. The combination of a coat of Rose with Marshmallow wood panels and matching wallpaper can also have a fantastic effect. As the pink wood paints are all easy to work with, you can also use a different colour after a while.
Paint the ceiling with a light pink varnish for wood
Have you ever thought about painting a boring and usually slightly yellowed wooden ceiling pink? Perhaps you could use White with Powder, a shade of pink that is more atmosphere than colour. The soft radiance of the light colour shade bathes the whole room in a friendly light. If oak or tropical woods have been used for your ceiling, we recommend priming with To Bond & Block primer. These woods can bleed even after a long time and thus destroy your paint. Wooden ceilings made of spruce often have unsightly knothole stains. You should also pre-coat this wood with our MissPompadour To Bond & Block primer to create an even surface.
