The RAL system distinguishes between five different shades of turquoise: turquoise blue, turquoise green, light turquoise, mint turquoise, which also tends towards the green colour spectrum, and turquoise pastel.

To paint furniture, it is best to use turquoise wood varnish. You can use the washable and impact-resistant quality Eggshell Varnish as a wood varnish for furniture that is subject to heavy use, such as tables and chairs. Once you have decided on the quality of your wood paint and found the right colour shade, you can paint any piece of furniture with wooden surfaces in turquoise wood paint. Your painting surface should be reasonably monochrome and not have any strong stains or knotholes. It is better to prime such surfaces with a primer.
