Once you have cleaned your painting object well, you can normally apply your turquoise chalk paint. Thanks to its high opacity, 2 coats are sufficient. If the surface is very smooth, as is the case with plastic veneer or old paint, for example, it is important to paint with our To Bond & Block primer beforehand. Even if a wooden surface has old stains or knothole marks, it makes sense to prime beforehand, at least for light colour shades.
