Application of chalk paint pink

Firstly, thoroughly clean the wood, metal or glass that is to be painted. It is best to use MissPomapdour To Clean. This cleaner is mild yet very effective

If you want to paint wooden furniture in a pink colour shade, sanding is not normally necessary. However, if you have a very smooth veneer, you should prime it with MissPompadour Primer To Bond & Block. Your chalk paint will then adhere well. This also applies to all other smooth surfaces such as glass and tiles

Then, depending on the surface, either prime or start applying the pink colour. Use the MissPompadour Fine MissPompadour Brush. With its bevelled, soft bristles, it is perfect for applying chalk paint. You can also use paint rollers for larger areas

To give your paint an extra layer of protection, you can apply a coat of MissPompadour To Seal or CosyColours Furniture Wax Clear once the paint has dried

As the colour is water-based, you can also easily wash it out of brushes and rollers with water
