What do I need for painting tools?
You know it - we know it: our colours are really great. This fantastic colour selection and the unbelievably noble appearance on walls and furniture is simply incomparable. And then there are the versatile application possibilities: What can't be painted with our paint! Sure, walls and furniture anyway, but also tiles in the bathroom and on the floor, doors, kitchen cabinets and window frames, tiled stoves and radiators, garden sheds and garage doors and and and... There are actually no limits to your imagination. And we see in our Facebook DIY group that you have an extraordinary amount of imagination. And also plenty of courage to realise your ideas. Of course, some of you also make use of professional help, but many of you - and there are more and more of you - also feel like doing it yourselves. And for that you need both: first-class paint and professional painting tools.
Today I don't want to talk about colours, but about painting tools. After all, what good is the best paint if mistakes are made during painting and the result is not satisfactory afterwards?
Painting tools you really need
Before applying the paint, you need to choose the right brush and the right paint roller. On the walls, you always need a brush to paint corners and small areas. To Paint wood, metal, plastic and other surfaces you also need brushes that work well. Our flat paint brushes are available in four different widths. They have a bevelled trim that allows you to reach even the most hidden corners. And their soft synthetic bristles are particularly suitable for working with high-quality paint. They are guaranteed not to cause hair. With them you will achieve a uniformly high-quality surface finish.
Of course, a paint tray that matches the width of the paint roller should not be missing. Our varnishier and paint trays are made of solvent-free plastic. They are stable and lie well in the hand. Pour the paint in portions and avoid pouring it into large buckets. You don't want The Valuable Wall Paint to decorate the inside of the bucket.
If you are working with chalk varnish on large surfaces, such as doors or kitchen fronts, but also on tiles and plastic, it is best to use our small varnish roller for water-based varnishes. The great thing is that you can order all the painting tools we have selected with experience and care at the same time. It comes with the paint and you can save yourself a trip to the DIY store.
